The schematic below follows material through the Malanpur line: five tightly controlled stages from post-consumer bale to dispatch-ready rHDPE.
Post-consumer HDPE is sorted with sensor-based technology to isolate clean polymer streams.
Multi-stage washing strips labels, adhesives, and contaminants from the flake.
Degassed, melt-filtered extrusion produces uniform, high-consistency rHDPE pellets.
MFI, density, color, and contamination testing on every lot, documented in the COA.
Pellets ship with recycled-content documentation for EPR and plastic credit claims.
A note on grades: we produce industrial-grade rHDPE for non-food applications. We do not currently manufacture food-contact rHDPE, and we say so plainly because buyers deserve specifications they can build on.
Green credits & compliance
Recycling is no longer just an environmental statement. In India it is a regulated, credit-bearing economy, and buying from a documented recycler is how corporates collect.
Under the Plastic Waste Management Rules, producers, importers, and brand owners carry extended producer responsibility targets. Certificates generated by registered recyclers, like the documentation that ships with our pellets, offset those targets on the CPCB portal.
Recycled HDPE carries a dramatically lower carbon footprint than virgin resin. As India's Carbon Credit Trading Scheme matures, documented recycled content becomes a measurable input to corporate decarbonization claims.

Government compliance
Under the amended Plastic Waste Management Rules notified by the MoEFCC, rigid plastic packaging must contain mandatory recycled content: 30% from FY 2025-26, rising to 40% in FY 2026-27 and 60% by FY 2028-29. The obligation applies directly to producers, importers, and brand owners.
