- Do you produce food-grade rHDPE?
- No. Shatrunjay EcoPlast produces industrial-grade rHDPE pellets for non-food applications such as crates, pallets, pipes, drums, household products, and non-food packaging. Food-contact grades are not part of our current line.
- What capacity will the Malanpur plant run at?
- The plant is engineered to process roughly 30,000 tonnes of post-consumer HDPE a year, running two continuous processing lines up to 24 hours a day, around 360 days a year.
- Which regions of India do you supply?
- We supply rHDPE pellets pan India. Malanpur sits in central India near major freight corridors, which keeps logistics efficient for buyers in the north, west, and south alike.
- Can scrap aggregators and suppliers partner with you?
- Yes. We are actively signing feedstock partnerships with aggregators, MRFs, waste management companies, and municipal bodies for baled post-consumer HDPE. Use the RFQ Center and select the feedstock supply partnership option.
- Do you support EPR and plastic credit documentation?
- Yes. Material processed through our plant comes with recycled-content documentation that supports EPR filings and plastic credit claims for producers, importers, and brand owners under the PWM Rules.
- When does the plant come online?
- Commissioning is planned for 2026. Forward supply contracts and feedstock partnerships are open now.
